Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using **IndiaLeadPro** ("the Service", "the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately terminate use of the platform.

2. High-Frequency Lead Services & Limits

The Service provides high-frequency lead scraping, filtering, and automated purchase (Auto-Buy) modules for IndiaMART leads. You understand and agree that:

• The speed of lead capture depends on network latencies (typically 0.12s to 0.25s) and local service configuration.
• IndiaMART daily capture limits are strictly determined by the plan you purchase. The bot will automatically lock and suspend scraping operations for the day once your daily lead capture limits are consumed, to avoid accidental charges.
• You are entirely responsible for maintaining valid and active account connections (via cookie session tokens) inside your settings panel.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (quarterly, half-yearly, or annually) based on your selected package. You can cancel or modify your plan at any time through your Billing Panel. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a review or negotiate custom high-limit packages, please submit a query via our Contact Page.

4. Prohibited Uses & Account Isolation

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business operations. You may not lease, resell, or distribute access to the lead stream to unauthorized entities. We enforce strict database-level row isolation; any attempt to breach security borders or execute malicious query scripts will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall IndiaLeadPro be held liable for any loss of business profits, service interruptions, or operational disruptions arising from changes in third-party API configurations or communication network downtimes. We provide high-performance polling engines on a best-effort SLA basis.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, optimize, or temporarily suspend system features (including scanning speeds and filter capabilities) to maintain server load balance and overall system integrity.
